Without the death they brought, there is no redemption, Without the intense love our Savior showed as He stretched out His hand and allowed those big soldiers to nail Him to the cross, we have no hope of the future, no reason to sing "Redeemed." Without that love, no truth is found when we sing "Because He Lives, I Can Face Tomorrow." And the words of "Just Over Yonder" become completely meaningless, for we can never hope to be good enough to attain that place. But those nails are real, and the love of the Savior for each one of us is even more real.
